All students are protected against any act of sexual misconduct. Each student has the right to exercise legal processes to addresses and resolves acts of sexual misconduct at Elmira College.
There are two catergories of sexual misconduct, that dictate which process is appropriate. One area of sexual misconduct will be resolved following the Elmira College Code of Conduct Policy.
